Tutor Time Learning Centers LLC was founded in 1979. Ten years later, the privately held company began franchising. It offers education-based child-care to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old and hosts summer camps for children through age 12. In 2002, the Learning Care Group Inc. (Nasdaq symbol: LCGI) acquired the Novi, Michigan-based company.
