Easy As One, Two, Three-bay

Want a hassle-free way to sell stuff on eBay? Companies such as QuikDrop, NuMarkets, or Snappy Auctions will do the work for you. The concept is simple: you bring your wares to a drop-off site; the company then manages the entire auction process, from uploading digital pictures to shipping the items to buyers. Once the sale is complete, the company sends you a check. The catch? A hefty commission. Carson City, Nevada-based QuikDrop, which plans to open more than 300 locations in the next three years, takes between 20 and 38 percent (the bigger the sale, the lower its commission). Snappy Auctions takes 15 to 35 percent. NuMarkets has a flat 30 percent rate.
