After entering pertinent data, customers are provided with accurate quotes, generated from a carriers current rates and specifications. Shipping quotes from various trucking companies for large and heavy freight items are also provided. Upon customer verification, these are forwarded to a customer-selected store for confirmation and completion. In addition, customers can track packages with Instant Track, a database-enabled function that calls information directly from UPS and FedEx systems. The new Pak Mail site is a successful meeting of form and function, stated Mark Anderson, creative director for Baraka Creative, who along with XploreNet, collaborated with Pak Mail to design and develop the site. Design and technology merge cohesively to create an informative, user-friendly, and value-added platform for Pak Mail on the Web that is unlike anything else in the industry.
