Herald, who is originally from Northern Ireland, holds a Bachelor's degree in history and politics and has done postgraduate work in marketing. He most recently worked in the staffing industry and has worked in advertising and marketing. He is based in the company's Long Beach, Calif. office and is responsible for the entire Los Angeles and Orange County markets, including customer and franchise sales, operations, account retention, and customer service.
