The Manchu WOK Chinese buffet chain is testing cook to order service at location's in Toronto's Etobicoke district and the city of Newmarket, both of which have a drive-through. The company is adding 17 dishes to the menu at these two units, which will take less then 10 minutes to prepare. They can be eaten in the restaurant or ordered ahead of time by phone or fax and picked up at the drive-through window. "The working mother is a good example of one of our typical customers (for the new service)" says company president Mike Craig.This article has been read 870 times .
