The award was presented at three levels, the Silver, Gold, and Crystal. AristoCare won in the Crystal Category for successfully implementing and actively utilizing a workplace pay equity initiative program. Through documentation and in depth questioning, they demonstrated their compliance with the Equal Pay Act of 1963 (EPA), and their commitment to standards of behavior that recognize pay equity and comparable worth in positions held by men and woman in the workplace.
