Dave Sturzl has joined AllOver Media (AOM), Minneapolis, as its vice president/director of sales. Sturzl has more than 20 years of experience in outdoor advertising. His career began as an account executive at Naegele Outdoor. He moved to sales manager at Universal Outdoor, then to national sales manager at Clear Channel Outdoor. He most recently was general sales manager of the alternative media division of Next Media. I am thrilled to joined the AllOver Media team. They have a strong management team, a solid operations staff and impressive plans for continued innovation, Sturzl said. I wanted to join a company with proven competence in the out-of-home industry that is capable of delivering on its promises. Sturzl has extensive experience in and knowledge of the out-of-home advertising market - its products, pricing, customers and agencies - and years of proven sales and sales management experience, said AOM President and Founder Tony Jacobson. We are excited to have someone of Daves caliber leading our local and national sales teams. Jacobson founded AOM in 2002. The company sells indoor print, taxi, indoor digital and gas pump advertising. McDonalds, Sprint, Discover Card, AAA, State Farm, Harmon Glass and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety have run ad campaigns with AOM.
