Purchased by The ServiceMaster Co. in 1986, Terminix is part of the ServiceMaster Co. franchise family, which includes franchise companies Merry Maids, American Home Shield and TruGreen-ChemLawn. Terminix has more than 500 service centers across the United States and internationally.
