Training
Montana s Franchise Leadership Certification training program is a 12 week program designed to be the industry standard in equipping you to successfully and confidently operate your business.
Over the course of 12 weeks you will be trained on all aspects of the restaurant from the technical details of each position to the big picture of managing the entire business and leading your team. The program is a combination of extensive in-restaurant hands on training with the added benefit of attending leadership courses at Cara University.
Through Cara University you will attend a series of courses delivered by the Academy of Leadership that will provide you with the knowledge and tools to develop your restaurant team to deliver a perfect guest experience every time. Our Academy of Compliance will train and certify you in all areas of Health and Safety, Food Safety and First Aid.
Marketing
All Montana s locations contribute 4% of sales to the Montana s Marketing fund which provides brand building support including advertising, promotions, and in-store merchandising materials to promote the brand and help grow sales. First-rate marketing programs using radio, TV, and print to promote Montana s restaurants.
