Training
Systems Training
Each franchise owner must have been successfully trained in all aspects of Company
policy, procedure and systems. As these aspects develop and alter, then so will the training be updated to ensure that franchise owners remain fully aware of the latest
requirements.
Sales Training
All franchise owners will undergo sales training, specific to our business. This will be an
ongoing program, with participation being mandatory. Basic aspects of salesmanship will
also be included, plus where to find sales, how to promote your business, how to deal with
price objections etc. will all be included as part of this element.
Occupational Health and Safety
Basic guidelines to OH & S principles, to ensure safe work practices and procedures are
appropriate.
Marketing
All advertising shall be developed and controlled by BALLS N
BUMPERS, in conjunction with the franchisee. BNBF pays for
advertising which benefits multiple franchise owners from the
marketing fund, and individual franchise owners pay for their own local
advertising.
*There is a full marketing plan, which covers our proposed expansion of the group in
Australia. A Local Marketing Manual has been developed to assist each Franchise owner
increase sales in their Territory.
