Training All new Franchise Partners will go through an extensive training program made up of 5 phases. The entire program will take approximately 10-14 weeks, depending on the timing of classroom training dates at our head office in Vancouver, BC . Franchise Partners will work with a Start-up Manager, who will coach them through the start-up process - which typically takes between 6 to 12 months. During the training program, Franchise Partners learn the proven systems and techniques required to run a successful franchise - including how to conduct customer estimates, how to find and manage paint crews, how to generate new business, how to produce profitable paint jobs and, of course, how to WOW their customers.
