| Experience | Customer Focused Goal Oriented Self-Confident Willing to Be a Part of a Growing Franchise Chain! | Although it will not be necessary for you to have prior restaurant ownership experience, you will need to have general foodservice experience and the leadership skills necessary to learn the Bikinis system and develop a strong operations team within your franchised bar/restaurant. We also expect you or an operating partner will be fully dedicated to running the business. We also look for solid skills in customer service, relationship-building, operational procedures, organizational, and business management skills. But no matter what your skills or background are, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill location. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise. |
