| Training | The WindMill training program is designed to take you from the ground up. Each individual franchisee will receive a hand-tailored program based upon their prior knowledge. Training is conducted in a corporate-owned restaurant and a minimum of eighty hours is required. | Our initial training program will consist of approximately 10 days of training over a 2 week period and could take place at our corporate headquarters and/or any existing Johnnie's Dog House restaurant. The training includes: * Vision and Values * Operations Manual * Franchisee's Responsibilities * POS System * Training for Product/Service Presentation * Marketing & Promotion Planning * Catering & Special Events Strategy * Hiring Your Staff and Personnel Practices & Policy * Job & Staff Training * Receiving & Storing Products * Health, Sanitation & Licensing Requirements |
