| Training | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. The topics covered are listed in the chart below. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. | Training begins well before, and continues well after, the opening of the store. The storeowner will be assigned a trainer from our corporate offices. The training program includes a complete review of the comprehensive operations manual and other materials including: Store Build Out and Preparation Cash Management Hours of Operation Inventory Order and Control Merchandise Ordering Merchandising Store security Employee Handbook Customized training can be done telephonically or a combo of class room training at our corporate headquarters is available. |
