| Training | The Waves training program takes approximately 5 weeks. 3 weeks in our Training Academy, and an extra 2 weeks in-store training in your newly opened location. Waves is committed to offering you excellent training in all areas of your operation so you may operate your location at projected high volume profits. | Prior to opening your LION Coffee Cafe, you will be offered the opportunity to attend LION Coffee University and learn the day-to-day business in our corporate caf located in downtown San Diego. Master everything from how to make the perfect Cappuccino, to hiring the right staff, preparing payroll, ordering product, managing inventory and learning more than you ever imagined about specialty coffees. You can also take a trip to Oahu to visit the roasting facility in Honolulu and tour the Kona plantations on the big island of Hawaii. |
