| Training | You and your key managers will participate in an intense training course for four to six weeks at our headquarters in Baton Rouge. During training you will be given our detailed manual that covers a wide array of topics key to operating your restaurant. Our store opening team will be on site with you several days before you open to help you set up your store and train your staff. We will stay with you for several days after you open to assist in the transition. As needed we will provide on-going training to intro- duce new operating methods and menu items. | During our six week training program, your team will spend three weeks of hands-on and intensive classroom training at multiple stores in the Nashville area. Two certified trainers will assist you in opening your store. Follow-up compliance and support visits will be made throughout the year. |
| Support | Our field support team will periodically visit your store to meet with you and provide operational evaluations. Our CEO provides personal financial and performance consulting to each of our franchisees at least once a month. We go above and beyond to assist our franchisees with their success. | |

| Operations | Although it is not necessary that you work daily in your business, it is essential that working on your business is consistent and perpetual. Additionally, having an Operating Partner who maintains a 5% equity in the operation of your business is required if you do not intend on managing and controlling your business on a daily basis. | |
