Someone who is already working to implement "green" solutions in their own life. A Customer Service Orientation - Appreciate the benefits of working on a team and within a proven system of operation, where customer service is the main aspect of the business. We have a five star service program that is a proven way to create word-of-mouth support that is even more effective than traditional advertising. Ethics and Self Discipline - Be a self-starter with a high level of personal integrity and the desire to build and maintain long-term client relationships. The Necessary Business Skills - Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and scheduling skills. Capital - Have the funds to invest in the business, as well as the financial ability to survive the start-up phase, while drawing a nominal salary.* Readiness - Have the ability to start operating within 90 days. Must have a minimum of $150,000 in unencumbered funds. |
