Training The company has successfully built twelve company-owned office locations so it is accustomed to providing direct training and support. TWO MAIDS & A MOP provides seven full days of intensive training prior to the grand opening of your new business. Training is conducted within our home office and local cleaning office location in Birmingham, AL. You will have open access to the Founder & CEO of the company at all times and you will be assigned a representative that will track your progress from training to ongoing operations. On-The-Job Training: 40 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours Training Consists of: Cleaning Concepts, Customer Service, Recruiting, Interview, Hiring, Motivating, Managing the Manager, Administration, Equipment care and maintenance, Computer Ordering & Management System. The training is rigorous and incorporates every aspect of office management and operations from staffing your first office to local territory marketing. After completing your initial studies at Maids University you will be qualified to manage, and prepared to train your new staff.
