| Training | The company has successfully built twelve company-owned office locations so it is accustomed to providing direct training and support. TWO MAIDS & A MOP provides seven full days of intensive training prior to the grand opening of your new business. Training is conducted within our home office and local cleaning office location in Birmingham, AL. You will have open access to the Founder & CEO of the company at all times and you will be assigned a representative that will track your progress from training to ongoing operations. On-The-Job Training: 40 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | Hands-on personal training and support. This includes four days of initial on-the-job training at the home office where we show how we work with our established clientele. Classroom training will be provided using manuals and videos to show you the operating procedures, purchasing, advertising and marketing, employee training and administrative procedures that will make your business a success. We will also come to your city to provide additional hands-on training if needed. And we will always be available to provide personal assistance 24/7 through our 800 number and Internet communication. |
