| Experience | *Multi-unit developers (ability to develop three or more restaurants): $500,000 liquid (per store); $1,500,000 net worth (per store). *Strong banking relationships and ability to secure funding. Management and Operating Requirements *At least five years multi-unit restaurant operations and development experience. *The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop the Twin Peaks culture. *Live in your market and have strong ties to the local community. *The ability to create and manage an organization that recruits, trains, retains and motivates people effectively. *Dedication to operations excellence. | Prior experience in foodservice is a plus but not required to join the I Dream of Falafel system. We look for franchise owners who have solid staff management and customer service skills. We are also seeking franchise owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their I Dream of Falafel businesses, unless they have an operating partner with a minimum equity in the business. In turn, we'll provide the support franchisees need to run their I Dream of Falafel operations. We do, of course, also expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise. |

| Training | *The franchise group's control person and all management participate in a 6-7 week training program at the Twin Peaks Training Center located in Dallas, Texas. *Additionally, we provide an opening training team to provide on-site pre-opening and opening training, supervision and assistance to you for a minimum of 14 days. *Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site visits and operation reviews. | We will provide pre-opening franchisee training to up to three individuals for up to 28 days at our corporate support center, plus up to ten days of onsite assistance and training around the time of your restaurant's Grand Opening. |
