Training A training team will train your management and staff with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service. Two people per restaurant are required to successfully complete the Port of Subs ’ training in a Certified Training Restaurant. One person will spend four weeks of training in the restaurant and at the Port of Subs Corporate Office in Reno, Nevada. The second person will spend two weeks of training in the restaurant.
Support Our franchise core is designed to provide you with the tools and support you need to make Tossed the first choice for potential customers. The support begins before you open your restaurant with a development team that will assist in creating the Tossed environment. Once your restaurant is open, ongoing follow-up support will be provided to insure that systems and specifications are in place.
