We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers. | |
