Experience We require that you or your operating partner directly operate your Pizza Press restaurant. If you have not previously owned or managed a restaurant, we may require that you designate an operating partner who is an owner of at least 10% of the franchisee. The operating partner must live in the area near your Pizza Press restaurant and work full-time in the franchised business. We are looking for successful people with a history of business that have the passion to be in the food service industry. Minimally, the following criteria must be met: Single Unit $100,000 in cash or cash equivalents $250,000 in net worth Multi-Unit Development $200,000 in cash or cash equivalents $800,000 net worth Relevant food service operations experience is required by either the potential franchisee or the franchisee's Operating Partner. This is the single most important factor for success. We also require the Operating Partner to have ownership interest in the organization if the franchisee does not have operations experience.

Training Initial training will last for up to seven days and take place at our headquarters in Anaheim, California or another location we designate. We will also provide on-site training for you and your staff for up to 5 days before the opening of your Pizza Press restaurant On-The-Job Training: 60 hours Classroom Training: 16 hours The training program is 4-6 weeks. This program will provide the skills and knowledge to become a Romeo's franchisee. Training will occur at one of Romeo's Pizza Training Restaurants and the Home Office in Medina, Ohio. Support Access to the The Pizza Press brand, our unique recipes, operating policies and procedures, uniforms, design/development/construction of your store, vendors, and in-depth and continued training and support.
