Training & Support

Training Prior to opening the restaurant, the franchisee operating partner, one full-time general manager, an assistant manager and a kitchen manager will receive a total of approximately eight weeks of training by our staff. During the opening, we will provide a minimum of ten days on-site assistance. After that, your key operating staff will be required to attend refresher courses, seminars and other training programs from time to time. On-The-Job Training: 288 hours Classroom Training: 64 hours *The franchise group's control person and all management participate in a 6-7 week training program at the Twin Peaks Training Center located in Dallas, Texas. *Additionally, we provide an opening training team to provide on-site pre-opening and opening training, supervision and assistance to you for a minimum of 14 days. *Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site visits and operation reviews.
