Master everything from how to make the perfect Cappuccino, to hiring the right staff, preparing payroll, ordering product, managing inventory and learning more than you ever imagined about specialty coffees. You can also take a trip to Oahu to visit the roasting facility in Honolulu and tour the Kona plantations on the big island of Hawaii. | |
