However, upon testing, revising, and formulating recipes, we found that were doing endless research to discover the best way to prep, cook, and grill our chicken. What we found through endless Google searches was that everyone has their own "best way-- to prepare and cook various chicken dishes. When it came to grilling there were many recipes, grilling methods, and even grills that seemed to fall short.
