It introduces participants to the Kahala culture, level of support provided, and the roles and responsibilities for supporting franchisee and franchisor success. It provides exposure to basic business concepts such as customer service, profitability, quality assurance, inventory, purchasing and distribution, and more. | Training will be provided without charge for up to 2 people at a location chosen by the Franchisor for 15 days and then for another 15 days at the Franchisee s chosen Restaurant location. |
