Training 3 full months of training for up to three individuals at an existing Symposium Cafe location. *You and your key management and kitchen staff will receive up to eight weeks of training at our corporate location. *Additional training will be provided if hotel or nightclub operations are part of your franchise business
Support A transition tutor is assigned to directly assist you on a regular basis in your restaurant franchise for a period of 10 weeks. Our regional managers work with our Franchisees to develop action plans to correct and eliminate any problems uncovered. *Site Selection & Build-Out Guidance: site selection, building design and interior and exterior decor. *Initial Training and Ongoing Support: comprehensive corporate- and local-based training covering key business management functions.
