They are dynamic individuals who are able to interact with the franchiser by having constructive exchanges to improve the formula. They are people of great integrity, jovial and turned towards others. * Big desire for success * Likes to be surrounded * Organizational skills essential * Great degree of integrity * Involvement in the community * Skill at recruiting, securing the loyalty and motivating clients * Will to put the time and necessary effort to run the business * Understanding the principle that in the franchise you will be in the business for yourself but without being alone * Capacity to integrate in an already established system * Knowledge of training is an advantage but a full training will be given | If you have a true interest in or even a passion for fitness, then it is not necessary for you to have prior fitness industry experience. Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners. |

| Training | We presume that our franchisees have no experience or knowledge of a franchise's exploitation in the field of health, fitness and health slimness. We will provide a complete training program, in class and in one of our health and fitness centres. As part of the initial training program, you will receive material such as textbooks and informative manuals on our exploitation mode and our systems. Our experienced training officers will teach you all you need to know about the exploitation of a SWANN women's health and fitness centre franchise. You will receive a training on nutrition, on the various exercise programs, on sales and marketing and on general commercial competences. We guarantee that when you finish the training program, you will have all the necessary tools in hand to exploit your SWANN women's health and fitness centre with success. | At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. |
