| Training | K-Tec is a 5-day training all Kahala franchisees receive and is the companion to brand specific in-store training. It introduces participants to the Kahala culture, level of support provided, and the roles and responsibilities for supporting franchisee and franchisor success. It provides exposure to basic business concepts such as customer service, profitability, quality assurance, inventory, purchasing and distribution, and more. | 32 University provides professional training in all aspects of operating a 32 A Yogurt Bar store. Once you are approved for a franchise, your training will begin with an intensive training program. This will include not only working in one of our stores, but also meeting with marketing, accounting and operations staff. This is a thorough training program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your own 32 A Yogurt Bar store! |
