| Training | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manager for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. | |

Along with offering the signature snack of island surfers --shaved ice flavored with a variety of syrups -- Shaka is an eco-friendly business, serving signature flavors such as SHAKA ROCK, SURF WAX, KONA COFFEE and combos like the WAIKIKI WANNABE with totally biodegradable cups, spoons and straws.(MADE FROM CORN) And, unlike ice cream trucks of old, the business is also gas-free: The ice is served out of both a push cart and an electric golf cart that can be found at the beachfront daily through out the summer.
