| Training | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. | We offer a very comprehensive training program that covers all of the administrative and operational aspects of spa ownership. We cover hiring contractors, compensation variations, pricing of services, customer service, building a loyal and repeat clientele, advertising and marketing, appointment setting, client tracking, signature treatments, special events, and much more. |

S.P.A. will provide a choice of online graphics (for your promotions) for you to upload to your website and emails. The only marketing you have to do is your local marketing such as but not limited to: local newspapers, magazines, local fairs, parades, bridal shows, the sky is the limit on local and continuous marketing. | |
