Training We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. 34 hours of classroom training at the Face to Face Spa Corporate Headquarters in Austin, Texas and 16 hours of on-site training in your new Spa. Plus, receive additional training in-house from our retail partners and representatives.
Support *Each Face to Face Spa franchisee is assigned a Corporate Support Manager who provides ongoing operational, marketing and business counseling. *Each franchisee has access to powerful marketing programs that includes digital advertising, email marketing templates, in-house marketing displays, mobile app, as well as, sales and promotional tools. *Benefit from negotiated vendor discounts up to 10%. *Receive assistance developing your social media, business website and consumer rating profiles. *Your Grand Opening Party Organization will be provided and promoted by our corporate team. *Training is Provided for all of your new employees via video, online modules and printed educational materials.. *Attorney Reviewed consent forms, protocols, policies and procedures help keep your business protected. *Access to HR support materials for best practices are there to help guide you through difficult employee situations. *1-800 # assistance for day-to-day problems and support including operational support, branding compliance, customer service advice, HR guidance, public relations, and I.T. support. *Initial hiring assistance and training for your dream team will be provided to you from our industry experts. *Assistance finding your perfect retail space with our National Real Estate experts. *Lease negotiation assistance is provided by our legal team. *Spa-in-a-Box option available for turn-key operation. *Medical Director contract negotiation provided.
