| Training | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manager for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. |
