| Training | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. | The extensive NRgize training course includes 5 days of classroom training at KTEC, Kahala Training and Education Center, which is held at Kahala Corp s Scottsdale offices. When your new NRgize location is ready to open, we will provide another 5 full days of in-store training with an NRgize Store Opening Trainer. |
