| Training | Between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days before your Unit Franchise opens for business, we provide our initial training program for Stretch U Unit Franchises to you, other members of your management team, and any agents you employ. The training program includes classroom instruction and Franchise operation and on-the-job training at either our headquarters in Oklahoma City, your Unit Franchise location, or any other location we designate, including:  Stretch Training Techniques  Basic Management BDP, & SOP training; financial and KPI training  Sales and marketing training  Software Training | Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on: * Site planning/centre specifications * General business and administrative procedures * Hiring practices * Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you'll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices. |
| Support | During your grand opening week, one of our Corporate Franchise Service Representatives will be on-site to provide additional training specific to you, your centre, and your staff. In addition to the initial training, Herbal Magic provides support through all stages of your new business venture, including: * Site selection assistance * Lease negotiation assistance * Store layout blueprinting * Store leasehold and renovations assistance * Grand opening advertising support * Frequent training seminars * Monthly sales and performance analysis of your centre | |
