We would like for our franchisees to have restaurant experience and a strong passion for Flippers and its core values. Franchisees must also have a customer oriented attitude, a strong desire to succeed and grow, a great business sense and comprehension of the Flippers model. In addition you must have the ability to run all aspects of a business including employment, daily operations, and the ability to adhere to the Flippers franchises structure and standards. | |

| Training | Our current training program consists of hands-on experience in operating a Stevi B's restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. This covers all facets of operating the Stevi B's business. A Stevi B's representative will then assist you at the opening of your first restaurant. | |
| Support | We provide you and a person of your choice with 80 hours of training at one of our Orlando, Florida pizzerias. We also provide grand opening support, including assisting you in readying your store, providing on-site training tailored to meet your needs. We then follow through with unparalleled on-going support throughout the terms of your agreement. | |
