Training & Support

Training We provide a detailed training calendar that covers modules from initial induction for new starters in your team, followed by a series of development workshops/modules throughout the year, through to REC certified qualifications. The costs that will be incurred are limited to; Travel and subsistence REC accreditation examinations (circa 80- 90 per delegate depending on the level of qualification) but these qualifications are optional Any specialist or bespoke Social Media training (Circa 80 per delegate)but these courses are optional You and two key staff members will receive initial at-home training for up to two weeks in total, covering caregiver training, software training, and more. This will be followed by up to five days of training at our corporate support center, covering additional caregiver and software training, as well as marketing, business management, and other important issues.
