| Training | Rituals Coffee House will provide initial training for up to five individuals. The training consists of: Classroom sessions and existing in-store training. The classroom training is conducted at our corporate training center, and on-the-job training will take place at our company-owned locations. Additional on-site training in your store as you open is also provided. In addition to the training plan, each franchise will receive a complete library of training and procedural manuals. All updates, improvements, and corrections are provided on a continual basis. | You will attend our Initial Training Program to give you an overview of operations. During the week long program you will again access to our information for Accounting, Store Operations, Advertisements, Coffee, Tea, HR procedures, and more. |
