| Experience | Regus is seeking qualified franchisees with the organizational and financial capabilities to open a minimum of five locations no smaller than 10,000 square feet over a two- to three-year period. Qualified franchisees should have at least three years of outside sales management experience and two years of community marketing experience with a sales team of at least five people. Franchisees must also be committed to uphold operational and image standards of the Regus brand, and have the drive to move quickly and decisively to secure deals with customers. | Franchisees must enjoy contributing to the success of their small business clients and fostering an environment that's positive, collaborative and supports that goal. The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong financial standing, sufficient liquidity and the resources necessary to develop a location/territory. To be considered for an Office Evolution franchise, you must meet the following requirements: *Have at least $150,000 in cash or liquid assets and total net worth of $300,000 *Provide $35,000 franchise fee per location |
