During your week in West Palm Beach, FL at our corporate headquarters we will cover the following: - Business operations - Internet marketing your business - Financial management - Generating sales - Event Management During your start-up, we send our Plan Ahead Events support specialist to you location to help you put everything in place that you learned during your initial training. We understand that you will leave our headquarters with a lot of information and that s why we know how important it is for you to learn your business in your market. We will work side by side with you as you begin your new business providing guidance throughout the process of setting up your business including: - Office review of processes, forms, and documents - Advertising and marketing implementation - Time management - Establishing financial goals - Networking - Preparing for client appointments | An extensive initial 5 day training at Headquarters and off-site. Before the initial training in Long Beach, CA, you will be sent a package with pre-training materials including manuals, DVD's and books to review in order to get you familiar with interior plantscaping. Training will consist of but not limited to, study materials on plant identification and proper care, hands-on lessons, nursery tours, business training and review of the expansive Operations Manual. |
