| Training | All new PizzaRev franchisees receive the support and training required to open their restaurants quickly and efficiently, including: *Site selection criteria *General restaurant designs and layouts *Review and analysis of layout, blueprint, design, and construction document *Complete equipment lists and specifications *Pre-approved suppliers *Guidance in securing a liquor license *Grand opening promotions assistance and on-site opening assistance *Operational and management tools *Comprehensive pre-opening assistance and restaurant opening training package Our start-up and ongoing training programs will instruct you and your staff in many aspects of running a PizzaRev franchise, including: *Preparation of all PizzaRev menu items *Quality and food portion control *Effective food service operations *Beverage and inventory management *Hiring and personnel management *Marketing, promotions, and public relations *Management tools, systems, and routines *Pizza Certified Trainer program *Cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards *Execution of opening and closing management functions | While each of our stores undergoes Happy's classic build out, operators gain admission to The University of Happy's Pizza. After 30-45 days of training in our corporate kitchen and 60-90 days of in-store management training at an open location, graduates are completely groomed for success. Once a store is open, our support staff helps you with marketing, inventory control, staffing, prep and food updates. |

Ongoing support services include: *Confidential sample operations manual documenting PizzaRev operational procedures *Ongoing marketing-manual guidance *Ongoing operational, marketing, and cost-control consultation as needed *National purchasing programs *Scheduled visits from our Franchise Consultant *Available in-service training and/or retraining of your restaurant staff | Site selection, lease negotiations assistance, equipment, fixture, signage and inventory suppliers and even construction standards and assistance. In addition to this, once a new store begins operations, Happy's Pizza provides all stores with an operations manual, continuous updates of our specifications and process and operational advice and assistance by telephone and Internet. |
