Training & Support

Pink Iron Kidz On The Go
Training White glove service with a full in-house training program, startup help, and ongoing trainings and meetings to keep everyone on the same page and with the most up-to-date information. We are committed to ensuring that every franchisee and their staff receives the very best training and support during the initial startup phase of the franchise. All owners and managers will come to the original Pink Iron location in sunny West Hollywood, CA and receive one-on-one training with our founder, celebrity trainer Holly Holton. Franchisees will walk through out systems, witness and learn how our flagship location is run, and leave with a deep understanding of what it takes to run a Pink Iron. Our Pink Iron franchise team is always available to visit on-location and help with any questions you might have or assistance you might require. We believe in being very hands-on to ensure that every Pink Iron is at the head of the market for women's fitness. You can count on all the training and on-going support you'll need to succeed.

Operations Owner-operators are essential to the success of a Pink Iron location. We require that any owner, or at least 1/2 of an ownership team/partnership take a full-time role in running their Pink Iron franchise. Superior Business Model You manage Kidz On The Go from home, but you offer programs at existing facilities (Childcare Centers, Pre-Schools, Public and Private Elementary Schools, Camps, Special Events, Private Parties, etc.). This means that you are offering an additional service to someone else's established customer base. Kidz On The Go is attractive to them because you offer a unique mobile, complimentary, turn-key enrichment program. For you, overhead is low because you use their facility, and your "customers" are already in place.
