| Training | A franchisee should be at least A+ certified prior to entering this arrangement. There is a prescreening test provided to help us make sure we aren't setting the franchisee up for failure. We want success for us and them alike. We also have arranged a 30 hour, pre-franchise signing, Entrepreneurial training to help them make sure they know what goes into running a business. This is designed to help them write their own Business Plan and provide a mentoring coach over the next 12 months. | *2 full weeks of training at our corporate office location in the Bronx, NY. The training is a comprehensive training program giving you all the knowledge that you need to open and operate your 1800FIX.com business *One day of onsite guidance at the time of your store opening. |

The franchisee can choose to hire someone support staff if necessary and adjustments can be made to their scheduled opening provided it is approved by PC-ER, LLC and Walmart prior to making the change. | |
