We look for people who are motivated, optimistic, and who have some general business experience. Some background in customer service or sales would also be helpful for building relationships with customers in your territory. We also prefer franchise owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their Onsite Recon franchises. We expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business. | |

| Training | We will provide you with up to 20 days of pre-opening, corporate-based training to you as the franchise owner and one other individual you designate. We will also provide you with up to four days of on-site training within 60 days of commencement of operations, to assist with marketing, sales strategies, providing services, and more, to ensure that you are up and running, and following our prescribed standards of operation. | The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a Mobalign franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training and takes approximately 6 weeks. |
