This program covers a range of administrative skills and hands-on training key to a successful Hairhouse Warehouse franchise. All training is run in our most successful, best-practice stores. Our training doesn't stop when we hand you the keys. From day one, new franchisees one-on-one mentoring from a member of the operations team to ensure that you have the knowledge and tools to succeed as a long term franchisee with Hairhouse Warehouse. We take a multi-channel approach to training. We've aligned ourselves with multiple training providers all recognised as leaders in their areas of specialisation. They are there to help you meet some of the more specific needs of your business. We offer the very best training across the core areas of our business: salon services, retail and business management. Access to training and development programs is not dependant on store locations we ensure that all training is available no matter where you are. |
