During the week long program you will again access to our information for Accounting, Store Operations, Advertisements, Coffee, Tea, HR procedures, and more. | The Waves training program takes approximately 5 weeks. 3 weeks in our Training Academy, and an extra 2 weeks in-store training in your newly opened location. Waves is committed to offering you excellent training in all areas of your operation so you may operate your location at projected high volume profits. |
