| Training | 2 weeks of classroom training in California, followed by field training, virtual/video training, and mentoring included to ensure success | Training will be provided at the franchise owner's facility and will last for a minimum of one week. Because every member of the franchise network represents every Kids Incorporated center, the quality of our training is critical. Which is why, wherever possible, I like it to be delivered by my core team. Of course we continue to train and support our franchise owners in an on-going fashion. |
