Our ideal candidates are motivated, able to follow processes & procedures, and can manage a business. Prefer some experience in Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service | We are looking for individuals with business management, marketing, and relationship-building skills to help us grow. A general knowledge of or experience in carpentry is helpful, but not essential. Previous business ownership or other business experience is preferred. Candidates must pass a criminal, driving record and sex offender registry check. |

From our initial 20+ days of "immersion training" to our ongoing support, we help you profitably grow your business. On-The-Job Training: 80 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | Initial training includes 5 days at our corporate location in Gaithersburg, MD (near DC) and 3 days training at your location. We offer site selection and build out assistance as well as workshop and vehicle setup. We offer ongoing onsite visits, conference calls and other communication. |
