| Training | Our franchise owners are trained on all aspects of the Men In Kilts operations, from the safety and technical details of the service, to the big picture of managing the business successfully. The program is a combination of training at our head office, extensive in-field hands on training, and ongoing coaching and support calls. 7-10 days of start-up training at our head office. On-going support and coaching. | Franchisees receive a minimum 2 weeks face-to-face training. This covers every aspect of the business, from handling new enquiries, quoting and scheduling to window and gutter cleaning small and big places - and everything in between. Each franchisee is also trained to use the customised computer software. The comprehensive Operations Manual documents each procedure for handy quick reference. |
| Support | Just to make sure you get off to a great start, we provide each new franchisee with their first 20 clients. This makes sure that from day 1, money will be coming in. Perhaps most comforting is to know that help from the Franchisor is never more than a phone call away. The Franchisor keeps in regular contact throughout the whole franchise period. | |
